Yoga therapy is a method of reducing stress and taking care of one's mental and physical condition through learning Yoga philosophy, meditation, and easy stretching.
The main focuses of the class are learning the wisdom of Yoga philosophy and relaxing your body with easy stretching and meditation.
No special techniques or skills are required, so please feel free to join us.

Notes: I won't be able to speak English perfectly, but I can guide you with gestures and simple English if you need it. I can also support you in learning Japanese!
